Suzanne Keen, vice president for academic affairs and dean of faculty, announced the appointment of new faculty for the 2019-20 academic year, including nine tenure-track appointments.

Louis Dzialo 鈥�19 has known for quite some time what career path he wanted to follow and he鈥檚 done everything he can to gain the skills and knowledge to get there. Now the recent graduate has taken the next step toward a future in museum education with an internship at the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Eight 娇色导航students with career interests in the health professions fields are taking part in a volunteer immersion program for undergraduates through Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y.

Six faculty members were approved for tenure by Hamilton鈥檚 Board of Trustees during a recent meeting. The board awarded tenure to Katherine Brown (physics), Courtney Gibbons (mathematics), Gbemende Johnson (government), Alexandra List (psychology), Max Majireck (chemistry), and Seth Schermerhorn (religious studies).

Forty members of the Class of 2023 began getting a head start on college when they arrived on June 30 for the Opportunity Programs intensive academic college transition program.
